Now Funding Medium Term Notes
We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer financing using Medium Term Notes (MTNs) as collateral. A Medium Term Note is a corporate debt instrument that is offered to investors over a period of time by an agent of the issuer. Here are the parameters:
- Must be issued by a top-tier bank with a rating by S & P and Moody's of A or higher
- Verification of ownership is needed (no "screen shots" please)
- A copy of the latest monthly statement is preferable
- Must be eligible for transfer to our lender's custodial account
- Loan terms as short as one year are available

Joint Venture Expands Funding
Small Business Capital, LLC and Capital Consulting Corp enter into a Joint Venture to offer Public Companies funding. This unique relationship will allow both companies to prosper through their mutual contacts, and bring the needed capital to companies that are unable to raise the capital needed in today's "locked out" traditional banking markets. Depending on the status of the public company needing the funds, relief is possible within 7-10 business days.
We are excited to be working with Capital Consulting and their unique business model, as we hope to bring hope to bring some relief to the distressed capital markets through Small Business Capital's strategic lending relationships.
