Bankruptcies :•Merchants must not have open bankruptcies. •Merchants must not have dismissed bankruptcies in the last 12 months. 5.Previous Cash Advance with a Competitor :•For merchants with a pre-existing cash advance, the pay-off balance should be less than 50% of the cash advance they qualify for and less than $20,000. •Any pay-off balance over $20,000 will be reviewed by credit committee.
