Deal Requirements


1.Time in Business
:

•Merchants must be In business for at least 12 months and under the same ownership for that period of time.

Exceptions:

•Restaurants -Casual and Fine Dining -with an average ticket over $50 must be in business at least two (2) years.

•All types of restaurants in high risk geographies (see slide No. 12) must be in business at least two (2) years.

2.Processing Volume:

•Merchants must process a minimum of $3,500 per month of credit card volume.

•Merchant must batch out/deposit a minimum of 12 days per month.

3.Time Remaining on the Lease:

•Merchants must have at least 9 months remaining on their lease.

4. Bankruptcies:

•Merchants must not have open bankruptcies.

•Merchants must not have dismissed bankruptcies in the last 12 months.

5.Previous Cash Advance with a Competitor:

•For merchants with a pre-existing cash advance, the pay-off balance should be less than 50% of the cash advance they qualify for and less than $20,000.

•Any pay-off balance over $20,000 will be reviewed by credit committee.
